Total Horror is a psychological puzzle-horror game designed for true horror enthusiasts. You play as a content creator drawn to a long-abandoned hospital, once banned by the government for its gruesome experiments led by a deranged doctor obsessed with enhancing human abilities. What begins as curiosity soon turns into a nightmare and trapped inside with no way out, you must uncover the dark myths and hidden truths behind the doctor’s twisted legacy. Face terrifying monsters, unravel sinister puzzles, and survive encounters with mysterious entities, some may try to kill you, others may help you.
Destroy the hospital, end the doctor’s reign of horror, and escape…
