In the near future, humanity creates the first 5th-level AI, but it turns against its creators. Robots take over Earth and extend their domination across the solar system, harvesting resources to build more machines. With humanity on the brink of extinction, only one hope remains, Doctor Darvin, who develops a powerful prototype robot to fight back.
Your mission: defeat countless enemy robots, challenge their bosses, and reclaim the solar system for humanity.
This was a solo indie project where I designed and developed everything, from the complete codebase to art assets and game mechanics. Through this project, I learned 2D asset design in Photoshop, gained a deep understanding of the Unity physics system, and built a variety of engaging features on my own.
Key Features:
• 20+ unique guns, each with distinct abilities and mechanics.
• 8+ enemy types equipped with 5+ weapons, featuring AI for patrolling, combat, and dynamic behavior.
• Physics-driven destructive animations for immersive gameplay.
• Weapon systems with reloading, switching, and fluid combat flow.
• Sci-fi themed UI, created during my early exploration of 2D design.
This project gave me end-to-end experience in game development, from designing assets and programming AI to building polished gameplay systems, I learned a lot.
